Take exit 12B and stay to the right. Take EXIT 2 towards Route 2 North. Stay to the left. At the next intersection there will be a traffic light. WARWICK MALL will be the right and WARWICK COMMONS will be on the left. Go straight. Building 19 will be on the left and we are in the next parking lot on the left opposite WB Mason.

Take 295 exit 12B off of 95 and follow above directions. We are located off of Route 2 North. We are in the next parking lot on the left across from WB Mason.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY SPA TREATMENT?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appoitment in order to relax. If you prefer this will allow you time to change into a robe and relax prior to your service(s).
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
We will provide you with a robe, slippers and a locker for your personal belongings (please do not bring jewelry and other valuables).
DO I HAVE TO DISROBE ENTIRELY FOR A TREATMENT?
Udergarments are not necessary but can be worn if you prefer them. Our therapists are trained to drape a sheet a towel over any part of your body not being treated.
SHOULD I ALERT SOMEONE IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION, ALLERGY OR DISABILITY?
We request that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medications you are taking as some services may be contra-indicated. Please advise our staff of any allergies or sensitivities or if you are pregnant.
SPA POLICIES
FOR THE COMFORT OF ALL OUR CLIENTS:
We love children too, but it is important that they be supervised at all times in the salon and spa, and only be in the salon and spa areas when they are having a service(s).
In our effort to provide a serene environment we request that you please turn off cell phones while in the spa areas.
Purchased salon products may not be returned after opening.
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of your visit (elan designs will not be responsible for lost gift certificates) or another form of payment will be required. If you wish to transfer your gift certificate, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted. Elan Salon certificates before 2001 are no longer valid (redeem these gift certificates for a discount on services), BeautySurf Inc. is not a valid gift certificate company, another form of payment will be requested. Please inquire with BeautySurf for a full refund.
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any service. A 48-hour notice is necessary for any multiple service or spa package cancellation. Half of the service will be charged on any late cancellation or no show appointments. Should you be late for your Spa service you will be charged for the full service.
Elan Designs gift certificates or gift cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash or credit.
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene we sterlize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments.
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Spa Finder, SpaWish, SpaWeek, Way Spa, Corporate Incentives and personal checks.
Check Policy: Returned checks are subject to electronic recovery for the face value and state allowed fee. We have the right directly or by agent to resubmit your check electronically and/or deposit a paper draft to withdraw the state allowed fee, without your signature, for each returned check as permitted by law. Your payment by check constitues you acceptance of these terms.
